Meet Amanda Hough - Genesis Health and Wellness

Welcome!

I'm Amanda, a certified Health Coach with 'Accredited Health Coaching Australia.' As a wife, mother of four, and holder of a Masters Degree in Special Education, my life is rich and full.

My Passion

I am deeply committed to supporting and promoting optimal health and well-being, emphasizing the profound impact of diet and lifestyle choices. For the past eight years, I've thrived on a whole food plant-based diet.

My Journey

My path to wellness began with a personal health challenge. Asthma plagued me since childhood, but eight years ago, I transformed my life through dietary changes and lifestyle adjustments. Today, I am asthma-free.

The Secret?

Dietary trial and error led me to eliminate certain food allergens and minimize toxins, which allowed me to reduce and eventually eliminate asthma medication. This journey restored my lung function and revitalized my health.

Empowering Others

By cutting out processed foods and embracing a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, I have helped numerous friends and family members enhance their health, often reducing their reliance on pharmaceuticals.

What I Stand For

Holistic health and wellness that encompasses physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual well-being. I believe in addressing the root cause of illness and disease, rather than merely treating the symptoms.
